i found a plain biscuit tin.
1. Wrapped it ( the decoupage way) with denim fabric all over.
2. Glue sea shells on the denim covered lid with a tacky craft glue.
3. Then i glued a pearl to enhance the look, strand of pearls surrounding the shells.

4. Touch it up how you like it to be with fabric paints, giving it a dry brush look. Best with glitter fabric smeared all over.
